Most imports arrive within 8 to 12 weeks of winning the auction. That covers shipping from Japan, customs clearance and AP approval, Puspakom inspection and Malaysian registration. Your advisor keeps you updated at every milestone.
Every car is bought against its official auction sheet, which we verify and translate for you before bidding. If a defect turns up that the sheet did not disclose, we file the claim with the auction house on your behalf.
Your quotation itemises every cost: bidding, shipping, marine insurance, import duty, customs clearance, the AP permit, inspection and JPJ registration, with our import service fee listed alongside them. The fee is a percentage of the landed cost, and the exact percentage and ringgit figure are stated in your quotation. The calculator works from the same breakdown, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay.
Yes, for up to 90% of the car depending on the model and your profile. Your advisor collects the documents from you and handles the submission to the bank.
